    Warranty was with Precision Claims. *** had me tow vehicle to JT Auto. 4/1/25 warranty was changed to Motor Guard warranty. Reason for this change was not given to me. JT Auto did me unjustly this shop DON'T repair *********** or EPS modules. Yet the mechanic Jermany said with full diagnosis the Ignition Stater is the issue. 3/4/2025 JT Auto diagnostics my vehicle needing a new Ignition Stater so vehicle won't turn off when driving. After receiving full payment $875.28 ( Orbit Leasing paid $575.28 I paid 300. I'm currently on a payment plan with ************* to pay back loan. ) On 3/7/25 the car turned off while driving the car again. JT Auto said it the coil and spark plugs. He received full payment $193.54 On 3/24/25 $150.00 paid for tow truck. He Jermany the mechanic at JT Auto. Finally told me and warranty company the truth. He don't know what was wrong with my car. Initially when I spoke to this mechanic. Initially I spoke to him, I told him it the *** system he continued to say that was not the problem. He knows it was the *** system because he told me to move around the *** wires on the telephone, the second time car went out on me. I refused to do so. He just wanted money out of me. He could have told the truth to my warranty company. It was the *** system and I had it towed to ****** mobile service. They had to replace *** system covered by the warranty and EPS modules because ****** damaged them while car was at his shop. I deserve my tow truck fees back and amount I paid to replace EPS system that ****** broke. A total of $782.00 Also do to the fact that ****** and owner of JT Auto misdiagnosed my vehicle. Three different times. Just for money. Not acceptable and should not be tolerated. Ripping women off is not acceptable.
