Horrible Service. ******* left site becuase I had a doctor *********** for my son who is having surgery the following day. I switched payment over to allow my tenant to pay and they still denied service even while the tenant was present.Owner laughed at me regarding the situation and dismissed my *********** because my tenant wanted to stay and pay for service. So unprofessional.

Regarding the customer review submitted on 6/28/******************* had called on 6/27/2023 needing carpet cleaning ASAP due to a paint spill. We only had one opening available on 6/28, arrival between 11:00-11:30am, so our office staff squeezed her into the schedule. We explained that was the only opening in a couple of weeks. ******* said that she could make that work. She did not explain that she would meet us to let us in and then need to leave, or we would have requested a credit card at the time of scheduling.
When the service technician arrived, ******* was there but left without paying, saying that she would call the office with a credit card. The service technician asked the office to call her to get the card information, but when the office staff did, ******* didn't answer. She then called back and when we explained that payment is due at the time of service, she said she never pays until the job is complete. ********** staff explained that if she had stayed on site the whole time so we could collect, that would be fine. However, since she left, we needed a credit card on file to pay for the work or we could not perform the cleaning.  She refused to give a card, and the office staff instructed the service tech to leave.
******* called the office again and said the tenant was on site and she would be responsible for payment. ********** staff informed the service tech, so he went back inside, but there was no female on site; only the painter. The painter said, "I'm not getting involved in this".  Since we had squeezed ******* in a one-hour time slot, and the tech had other jobs, we instructed him to go to his next appointment. ******* then called the office yelling that she had "changed who is responsible for payment and that the tenant would pay." ********** manager explained that there was no one on site other than the painter. To which ******* replied that the other person "just had to step out for a minute, she went across the street..." When the office manager replied that unfortunately we cannot wait for a responsible party to return (we had no phone number to call the tenant) and, as we had other jobs scheduled, we instructed him to leave. ******* asked to speak with the manager. ********** manager replied "I am the manager,  how can I help you?" ******* said she's going to call the Better Business Bureau, so the office manager replied thank you. *********************** up, which she had done twice already that day.

      Respectfully submitted,
