We are a small company and came into the project with a fairly rigid workflow. It was important that our database work within that workflow, rather than us having to adjust to the database. The team I worked with did a great job accommodating our needs, while creating a fleXible platform we can use far into the future.Since the main part of the project was completed, they have helped us add some new features and made some minor changes. At one point, an update broke one of the features we rely on and the team was there once again to help with our urgent support request. Ive really appreciated the continued outreach.

We needed help designing and upgrading a Filemaker database system for client records. Both **** and *** listened to our needs and timeline and created a database system with custom reports that works for us. The support we continue to receive, as needed, is outstanding. Troubleshooting new needs or addressing problems are done the same day or within 24 hours. ************************* response time to requests for assistance is excellent and he is always willing to help with any issues or fine tuning we need. ***************** is very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs.eXcelisys, Inc.

We have a website that uses an old outdated code language. Excelisys is one of the only vendors that were willing to tackle helping us with the older site. Their developer rolled up his sleeves, learned the old language and was able to fully support us. Without Excelisys being there for us when we needed them, we would have been offline for as long as took to build a new site. Since working with them, they have cleaned up our site code and made it run much more efficiently, reducing downtime during heavy peak traffic. I would recommend Excelisys to anyone looking for web support.eXcelisys, Inc.

The team at Excelisys continues to exceed our expectations, Im constantly amazed at how fast **** can implement a new solution for our FileMaker database!.Excelisys helped expand our FileMaker based CRM into a semi-custom ERP system. Initially we were looking for help linking Quickbooks to our FileMaker database, a project that **** completed with ease. Since then **** has continued to help refine, troubleshoot, and build out our database, making it one of the most powerful tools in our company. Communication and expectations are very clear whenever we start a new project with Excelisys, and theyre excellent at making themselves available even for a quick 15 minute bug fix.Were thrilled to have them as a trade partner!eXcelisys, Inc.

The Excelisys team has been overseeing our hotel integration system for several years now, and is currently working on the redevelopment of the system and its user interface. Through weekly phone calls we communicate our needs to **** and his team and they make it happen. They are very professional and do amazing work. The eXcelysis team does great work. They are fast, efficient and understand the complexities of our systems. We have an old Filemaker database that does everything for us. Our project is quite complex with many different functions from online registering in workshops, an online store, processing donations selling art, awarding artist residences and more. The eXcelysis team has kept ** up and running with awesome technical support. Our Filemaker was not built by them and we run into problems with it and our website regularly. Their sleuthing skills for our problems are superb. I honestly don't know what we would do without them fixing the things we don't have the technical knowledge to do as well as implementing new functionality. They have a great communication system and I appreciate their quick response when I have an emergency. They also always share what problem they found and how they fixed it so If the same problem comes up again I can look back in our communication logs and know where to start.eXcelisys, Inc.

Migrating vital existing data from our old outdated system to a new system that allows us to use that data in a modern capacity and has been a game changer for our company. We manage several hundred storage units, commercial and residential rental properties, a water treatment equipment dealership that does sales and service, and have several dedicated delivery routes. This program allows ** to have all of those payments, financing info, delivery dates and times, and all of the records that go along with each, to be in one place. Scheduling, automated messages to customers and a completely customized account payoff tool for our sophisticated in-house financing programs have been some of the best parts of working with eXcelisys.eXcelisys, Inc.

I came to eXcelisys with a non-functioning site for NotarizeIt! LLC due to a previous company being unqualified to handle the complexities of the project. ******************************* is indeed a developer extraordinaire, and I am lucky to have had him on my team! He's definetly as expert with WordPress and able to work his magic with the ****** plugin needed to automate commission fees for sellers within WooCommerce. It wasn't easy, there was a lot of unfinished code and code to make sense of, but he was able to get the site functioning correctly. He was always readily responsive and showed he actually cared. No, they weren't cheap but the work they put in was well worth it! If you have a complex project eXcelisys is qualified to handle the job.eXcelisys, Inc.
