      This bank doesn't even deserve half a star. My experience with communitywide federal credit union is very terrible this is a scammer company in this bank you gonna pay interest every day for a car loan, be careful about the insurance agreement its ******** advice: verify your loan balance every day to avoid increase loan balance.I declare in the name of my ancestors that this bank will go bankrupt soon.All this money will return to its owners.

      Apparently this insurance thing is happening to multiple people after reading the reviews. The same thing happened to me. There was zero communications, no certified letters sent to me about the insurance except one letter which said I'm being charged about $400 for two months of lapse insurance. If I tried explaining the situation to their collections department and nothing was done except adding this extra amount to my loan. Long story ******************'t use this bank, they are crooked. If you end up having to use them, immediately refinance to another bank.

      Would give zero stars if possible. We purchased a side by side with this credit union only because of interest rate. Thru over site our insurance was not processed in time and canceled. For 3 months of finding this out and looking to get new insurance the company decided to take it upon themselves to charge $1487. I was able to have insurance applied for a year at $450. I understand that a penalty should be applied, but this was very excessive and highway robbery. Will never do business with them again. Im in the process of contacting an attorney to see if this is even legal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!

      My son bought a side by side with this company financing the purchase. The dealership wouldnt let him leave without insurance on the item. He called the number the recommended and bought insurance with Progressive. 4 months after the purchase they decided to charge him an extra $3297 to go back to when he purchased the item for a total of 6 months coverage. I had him added to our policy and made sure the deductible and loan company was listed. Our deductible is $1000 all peril and for some reason that is getting rejected. My son will not be able to afford this item with the extra insurance added every 6 months. I asked for a list of insurance companies that list items exactly how they need it and they couldnt provide a list. I have spoke with so many people and this has not resolved

      This is an awful place. One week customers service says one thing and another week they tell you something different. I simply need help understanding my car loan and what a chare off status means. ******* in collections was absolutely no help and no one transfer me to someone different. I simply want to get this resolved but they are so rude.

      Worst website ever!!!. Almost impossible to navigate. User experience is 0 out of 10. Scheduling payments is easy but you can't view scheduled payments so you end up making multiple payments every month. After making manual minimum required payments, they still run the automatic payments. Impossible to keep up with payments when you can't see the scheduled payments. Website is the worst.

      Very poor customer service. Financed a vehicle in March 2018, never missed a payment, always paid more than the payment and paid off in November 25, on line. Called Nov. 30 I needed a delivery date on the title. Was told that we owed $1.49 interest, since they did not apply the payment until the 29. OK...why didn't let me know? So take the $1.49 from the savings account which I canceled when I made the pay off. 'Should have check and title by Monday, Dec 5th.' Called Dec. 7, where is the title? Placed on hold 4 times for over 8 minutes, finally was told the person who handles titles hadn't been in, but would get all mailed by Mon. 12/12. The young lady I spoke with sounded like she was reading a script and was very unsympathetic for the trouble they were putting me thru. Won't use them on our next purchase..I want my $1.49 back and an apology.

      Manager at ****************** wide pulled something I believe is illegal. She refused the sale of MY loan to my buyers and said she wasnt giving me the title when me and my buyers were there with a local check from lake city bank until I signed off on this other title from my ex (which I made it very clear to her I need to speak to my attorney about that issue) she forced me to sign that before I could get my jeep title. WHO denies a check to pay off THEIR loan!!? Very rude about it and was arguing with me. Even my buyers that were there and witness this said that she couldnt have kept me from that and said it was even bad of her to do that in front of them when it was a business type deal neither of us will ever bank with this company ever again. Something needs done with this situation
