    This is actually for the ****** Rd location in ********* but pertains to the local franchise manager who also runs the Ireland Rd location. First, let me tell you about the condition of the gym. Most of the equipment is in poor condition and it takes a long time to get fixed. I understand this is a 24 hr gym and most people abuse the equipment, but if you can't afford to fix things for the members safety in a timely manner you shouldn't be operating a *************. The ****** Rd location is not staffed most of the time and therefore the condition of the bathrooms is terrible. Toilets flooded, always out of toilet paper and soap to wash your hands and the showers are dirty. Also, i don't believe they mop the ************ floor very often and it becomes slippery because of the dust. Lastly, i tried to email the manager because there was a homeless person sleeping in the gym one morning recently. The response i received was to cancel my membership saying they didn't feel it was a good fit for either of us. They apparently don't care about their members and their safety. If you're looking for a 24 hr gym look elsewhere.

    Thanks for the honest feedback in this review.  We are using this review and criticism as a way to evaluate and improve.  We do feel as though sometimes not all businesses are a good fit for every customer, and while we have many happy members, we can recognize when we are not matching up to someone's expectations.  For this reason so we did refund all fees associated with the recent billing as a courtesy.  We wish you luck in your fitness activities in the future wherever you decide to pursue them.  Thank you -Ownership
