    Transaction date was 11/2 - estimated arrival of product was scheduled for 11/17, well before thanksgiving. 11/17 came about and there was no package and no update whatsoever. 1 week went by before an update was given, and it finally arrived a week AFTER that update. The shipping communication was awful. I expect a certain level of quality from a manufacturer when an item cost over $2,000. The product that arrived (in 6 different packages) was not at all worth that amount. The build quality was cheap, not at all sturdy, and the instructions could have been written better by a 5th grader. All installation had to be done by the customer (me) and the instruction to place the cover on the sections was "Place cover on sofa". That's it. This lack of instruction resulted in confusion which led to a portion of the cover to tear in an exposed area. Again, for this amount of money, I expect WAY better instructions.One of the ottomans arrived with the hardware completely sheared off. This wasn't a shipping issue, this was a shortcut or expense savings on the manufacturers part. No weight bearing item should have the hardware sheared off before it arrives to be assembled.I quickly sent an email to the manufacturer on 12/1 and explained my frustration. I asked for a concession from them. I sent multiple follow up emails and got no response. Finally on 12/11 I let them know I would be filing a complaint with the BBB if I did not receive a response. I finally did get a response and they asked me to send the photos again and upon confirmation they would send new hardware. I do not new new hardware as that does absolutely nothing for me at this point since I already made the necessary repairs myself. I requested a concession again and have not heard a response in a few days. I feel like this is a slight scam. The website seems thrown together and the lack of responses to a frustrated customer leads me to believe this is part of a scam.
