      So I went to Martins on Goshen Avenue in ****** ******* today at 6:15 PM to cash in some lottery tickets. The young girl at the cash office was scratching the bottom I guess maybe they werent enough for it to read. She scratched too hard and smeared the code, and the manager told me that I would probably have to go to the lottery place in *********. I guess which he did not say where it was but Im very dissatisfied because the young lady did it to my ticket not Me The night before I went to cash in lottery tickets and there was nobody at the cash office that knew how to do lottery there was a manager there and I had no idea why are there managers in the store that dont know how to run a store thats what I am asking

      Routine overcharging Several months ago I noticed that a particular product that I could only by at ******** was ringing up with a higher price than what was listed on the shelf. I asked for a refund at the store I most often go to, but they kept ringing up the same price without changing the price on the shelves. Then I went to two other martins grocery stores and found the exact same problem. At this point I was upset enough to file a complaint with ********, and afterward I noticed that the price on the shelves was corrected. Several months later, I went to a different store that I normally don't go to and found the exact same problem I'd had. The same product was being run up at a higher price than what was on the shelves. ******** was informed of this problem, but only corrected it at the stores I mentioned in my complaint and left the overcharging problem at their other stores. It's not even a lot of money that bothers me, but this appears to be an intentional practice of charging customers more than what they think they'll be paying for when they select products.

      False advertising. 200% guarantee isnt honored. They pick and choose who they want to give it too. They should be sued for millions and they will be. They draw people in the door for a peace of mind and then dont stand behind what they are putting out to the public. Martins should be shut down immediately for scamming.
