Horrible. They tell you that you need one thing. You submit that one item. Then, they tell you that they cant accept that item and they need something else.

They continue to harass me and my family with emails, call, and mail that they will be cancelling my health insurance since they are too lazy to contact the insurance Company and get the documentation that I have provided to both parties several times. This is probably the most unethical laziest audit group I have ever encountered.

This company will not accept that my husband and I have been married for 20 plus years. They are asking for proof that we are not comfortable giving out. As far as a copy of the marriage certificate this is public record that can be looked up. Plus several people have sent this in and they are still turned down asking for more information. Why in the world would a mortgage statement be any business of theirs or even a previous tax return. If they want this information it is a violation of privacy and a major security risk/violation. The company that has so called hired them should know better than to let them request information that is a threat to having identity stolen and invasion of privacy.

Horrible company. They want private information sent to them on a fax. They will kick your children off even if they have major health problems. Saying they are saving you and the companies money. You know they are charging a fee for these services and the companies are falling for it. What a bunch of idiots ??

They asked me for documents that I do not feel safe with emailing or any random company having. Once I didn't comply they dropped my wife and my kids off of my insurance. Why is is necessary for them to be all in my business pertaining to a insurance plan the I've hace with the same dependents for almost 10 years?!?! Identity theft is real!
