      Have attempted to contact ****** at Majestic Irrigation several times in the past 8 months for miscellaneous repairs to my new irrigation system. Always very difficult to set up a time to come to my home and fix or repair any issues to my newly constructed home when i am home. Says he will be there, then next thing you know a week goes by and nothing has been done??!! Then text/call after text constantly says he will be here, and NEVER shows up!! Poor communication. My home is under warranty for the year of 2022, but I am willing to pay for another company because Majestic is very unreliable! And does not have the integrity that a business should have. Back in April, I included the contractor on a text because ****** was not doing what he said, nor showing up. Doing this created a lot of animosity between me and my contractor that did not need to happen. Majestic Irrigation has horrible customer satisfaction in my book. I feel that any repairs in 2022, that I pay for out of pocket need to be paid by Majestic Irrigation.

      Hello, My sincere apologies for any miss communication between you and ******. Our warranty does not cover any damaged heads that have been popped off or broken, broken pipes/leaks of (out of ****) our warranty only covers manufacture damages or any defects on the material. for one year besides that any other damages that the system has that will be out of pocket cost. Please for further communication with ****** please call our office at **************. That is the best way to get of hold of ******, and if no one answers at the office Please Email us at ******************************* this is a quicker way to get a faster response. Again my apologies for any miss communication and inconvenience this has may caused you.
