    July 1, 2021, Abbey Carpet installed carpet in our house. We were dissatisfied with the install. The supporting documents will explain everything. On May 12, 2022 we contacted ********************* who agreed to sending us the reimbursement check. We called him five times since then and he always has an excuse as to why we aren't receiving the check. July 1st He said that the check was damaged by **** and was returned to him. He said he would send another check and we are still waiting. If we don't receive a reimbursement we surely want this on his record with the BBB,

    We have sent installers out to try to please ****************** when he complained about being able to see a seam. They have worked on it and it is the best it can be.

    There is no such thing as an invisible seam. Any flooring store will tell you that. Out of good faith, and trying to keep a customer happy, we did send a refund check in the

    amount of $1843.00. We hope this takes care of any further issues.

     I am rejecting this response because: **************** has offered this settlement in the past and has said that he has sent a check 3 times and we never received said check. Now it is the fourth time for him to agree and he has said that he sent a check, and we never received the check. Because of the history we have had with ****************, we are unable to believe anything he says.
