    The store has been close , for a long time , before , *** was given excuses , about my jersey, that was caused to be done . Never was done and now , they are closed and I have been waiting way too long for my Jersey and its inside the factory, and I would like a Refund back because Ive waited too long and just want my jersey back and my money also .

    I came to the frame factory with a picture to be framed. I paid my deposit. They told me it was completed, and then their store has been closed for weeks. My anniversary has come and gone. That was the present for my wife. You call the phone number it says the memory is full. There is no recourse. I would like my picture back or a refund of my money, but I have no one to contact

    I am having the Frame Factory on SB Ave frame 4 Posters. They have been temporary closed for over three months now due to an emergency, so I cant pick up my poster. Also, their website is down. I have a feeling they are closed for good. No one is answering the phone and I cant find their email address.

    I took my doctoral diploma to be framed at this store on June 13, 2024 and paid half of the total estimated cost for the service ($184.63 out of the $352.95 total, with the other half to be paid upon completion of the service). The invoice number is *****. The store estimated that the framing would be completed on July 18, 2024. It has been nearly a month after this estimation, and I have received no contact from the business. The business is now listed as "Temporarily Closed" on ****** Maps, their website and all associated social media accounts ********** Instagram, ******** have been removed or deactivated, and voicemail has been removed from the business phone number. An internet forum (Reddit; ****************************************************************************************************************************) states that the business is in the process of closing, but this information has not been conveyed to individuals who currently have pending ordered. I currently have no way to contact the business to get a refund or to get my personal property back. Given that the property they have is of personal significance, I am filing this complaint to see if there is anything the BBB can do to help assist in figuring out how to get my property back.

    I left two original prints at this business for framing over 6 weeks ago. I paid a 50%Deposit - $225.00. Business is closed with no way to leave phone message or retrieve artwork. Sign on door says closed due to emergency but sign has been there approximately 3weeks. I want my artwork and if not framed , I want refund of my deposit

    On June 29, 2024 I paid a 50% deposit of $113.98 for having a print framed, and I left my print with them. They told me it would be ready in a few weeks. Two weeks ago I was told by a friend that the business closed. Since then I have been trying to get a hold of them, but no one is answering the phone. I want my print back at the very least.
