    I am a real estate agent and had talked to ******** who was supposed to do a city water and sewer hookup for my clients. He came out to the home, sent over a quote and was scheduled to do it. After being scheduled for a few weeks, he cancelled the last minute and said that the ***************) has too strict of requirements and that he didnt want to pull the required permits or have it inspected. I asked why he would accept a job he was incapable of completing and then cancel last minute almost leaving my clients without a home he then told me Go f*** yourself.I was appalled not only that he doesnt want to do things the right way but that he would tell a person that. I did not yell or say a single bad word to him.Never in my career have a dealt with such a person and who runs a company at that.
