      As far as stars go one is way to high. About two months ago I went in to See Transcend about getting a new prosthetic. I was in there for over 2 hours. I spoke with a *****************************. ******************* told me I needed new a shrinker, before I get a new prosthetic. After looking for well over a half hour he told me he did not have one in stock. ******************* told me that there was about two of fluid in my ***** that needed to come out. So measuring for a new prosthetic would not work till that was taken care of. A new shrinker would squeeze the fluid out.******************* said he could bring me the shrinkers when in the area. Because of severe diabetes complications I can not see well enough to drive. So I thought that would be very good. I left the facility.Two weeks later after not hearing anything from ***************************** I called Transcend. I did not get an answer. Went to voicemail. I left a message. It is about two months later. Still nothing at all from Transcend. I have talked to my primary Care Doctor and two prosthetic technicians since. All three have said that the ***** is solid. All have also said they have no idea why I was told I had two inches of fluid.I am not a victim. But I can not see well enough to drive. I have a mid knee amputation and stage 4 kidney disease and ****************************** lied to me . That is not much of a man at all.*********************
