    On September 6, 2022, I reached out to State Farm for a quote on my family's auto insurance along to bundle with homeowners' insurance. I spoke with ************************* who provided with quotes on both. The price looked good, and we set up a date for my husband and I to meet with the agency and sign everything. We met and signed. A week or so later, I received a call from State Farm notifying me of a ticket and suspension on my husband's record that needed corrected in order to stay with the rate State Farm provided. As a result, my husband hired an attorney and got his ticket/suspension expunged. Please keep in mind, the ticket was due to fall off in October 2022 and the suspension was only for a few days while my husband's check payment was being processed. As soon as my husband found out via snail mail, his license was *************************. During the time it took for the record to be removed, Brittany informed us that she would move our next due date in hopes all would be resolved by the time our 2nd premium was due so that we could stay with the better quote. Once we found out that everything has been cleared, my husband notified Brittany ************** A week later our next premium was due, and I was told I need to set up automatic payments in which I did. Then, unbeknownst to me, the amount taken out was $228 higher than we were quoted. When I called State Farm to ask why, Brittany informed me that ******** should have given me a call to let me know that she quoted us incorrected back on September 6th and for some odd reason, thought that my 16-year-old minor was previously insured elsewhere making State Farm his 2nd insurance provider. When I stated that this was unethical and extremely unprofessional, Brittany informed that she would look into our policy and see if anything could be done, but to this day, I haven't received one phone call.
