    Out of the blue I received a threatening letter from *********** collection agency that said they would take me to court and garnish my wages and inform the credit bureau for an amount of $81.98 that they did not say what it was for. We have. had no contact with *********** Inn. for over 2.5 years. I have tried 5 times to call the number they said: but they refuse to reply. I have ***** received a bill from *********** Inn . They. did not warn me in anyway that I owed anything. They did not give me a chance to pay.I went online to pay the bill at www.brookpointeinn.com/payus and it took 8 tries to get in. I paid with a transfer from my checking account and they said the payment was successful and they would send me a receipt but they did NOT. I made sure they had my correct email but they still refuse to send me a receipt.The worst part is that even after paying they told me that my services have been terminated.J

    The customer was not even aware he had signed up for our program and was upset to find out he was being charged since he had not reached out to cancel this program with us. 

    Upon attempting to reach the customer through the provided contact information, it was discerned that the telephone number on record was associated with a landline that has since been disconnected. Despite multiple attempts through calls and texts, no communication was established.

    Furthermore, it was noted during our conversation that the email address registered in our records is no longer valid and has been replaced. Numerous emails informing the customer of an outstanding balance were sent to the outdated email address.
    Regrettably, the customer did not apprise us of these contact information changes, leaving us with the recourse of dispatching correspondence via the United ********************** Once we had a phone number from his multiple voicemails we were able to start communication. 
    It is essential to clarify that the customer's services remain active, and they are welcome to avail themselves of the benefits for which they have made payments.
