    In 2022 I paid approx $200 for family yearly passes for 2023. Family never got a train ride. Grandchildren have asked ‘when do we get to ride the train?”
    When you call, a voicemail answers and makes you think they are so busy they cant answer the phone, so you leave a message or they suggest communication by email…. Email response is usually a generic answer OR NO ANSWER at all!
    Late spring there were meetings with the county government and they wanted people to come and support the railway. I was unable to be there. But I never heard a word from them. Just a generic statement on their webpage
    I want my money back!! I should have known when you can’t talk to people on the phone or get answers to questions before making a purchase its not a good thing…but being a local business I took my chances

    I purchased 3 tickets for my family to help give my son with Autism some fun Summer activities for 2023. This company took my money 1 year ago today for these tickets. In February 2023 ticket holders were informed train rides were on hold due to poor track conditions. I asked for a refund in response to that email, I've messaged their FB page, and tried calling. There has been no updates, no refund and no response to any attempts at communication.
