I have had a monthly auto wash fee with radiant auto wash for the past two years. Without notice radiant auto wash and closed their business in mid June 2024. They have since billed my credit card twice. On July 21, 2024 radiant billed my credit card for $19.99. $19.99 is the normal monthly wash fee but since theyre no longer in business they should not have charged this. On July 29th of 2024 radiant billed my credit card for ******. This is a flat out fraud charge. I have tried to contact radiant by telephone number and my email but no luck. I was never notified by email from Radiant to charges posting or confirmation of payments. I have filed a police report with the ****************************** I have disputed these charges with my cc company. I have spoken to other customers who are having the same issue. Know if one other customer who has reported it to the ********************** as well.

The company appears to have gone out of business but today we were charged $125 on our debit card. IF the company is still in business, they do not answer their phone and the email bounced back immediately.
