Frontier is sending sales persons from house to house. This is the second time someone has come to my home address and knocked on my BACK DOOR. The sales person entered my property , climbed the stairs of my back deck and knocked on my back door. I will be calling the police the next time they enter my property like that. I have called frontier before about this and they said they made a note about our address saying solicitors were not welcome, apparently they lied.

On April 7th while installing internet at my home, the installer damaged my property. He tracked mud throughout my home, left trash laying around, broke a glass, and ran over, breaking, my basketball pole. I have video of him running over the pole. I called ************ and ************** on April 7th. I filed a complaint on April 8th online. I received a call from ************ on April 10th but wasn't able to answer because I was at work. The person texted me and told me to call them back. I responded by text message telling them I was at work and would call later. I did call later that evening and did not get an answer but left a voicemail. I called that number again the following day on April 11th and did not get any answer but left a voicemail. I called ************** on April 14th. After not getting a response I filed another claim online through Frontier on April 14th. I called ************** 6 times on April 18th. Nothing is being resolved and nobody seems to know what to do when I do speak to someone. I have clear as day video of the installer running over and breaking my basketball pole and I want it to replaced. I have never had such an unprofessional person in my home as I did that day. Even though he did break a glass and tracked mud throughout my home and left trash laying around I'm mainly concerned about him or the company replacing my basketball goal. After he ran it over he even stopped and looked out to see what he did and then continued to drive on

Three years ago we got internet service with Frontier Internet $29 a month unlimited data No Contract. A while back we received a letter stating that our bill was going up more than we were willing to pay so we called and canceled our service. After turning down their offers to lower our bill if we signed a contract or signed up for auto pay, they informed us that there would be a $50 restocking fee on 3 year old equipment that more than likely they are going to throw away. Mind you we had no contract so this is basically theft on their part and I am asking you to please see if you can get this money returned to us. Oh by the way a ****** of frontier internet routers showed them priced from $19 to $109 which isnt the one we had with almost all under $50 Its nothing more than stealing.

I am filing a complaint, on behalf of my mother, because she is deaf and 86 years old. On Dec.23rd I received a text from Frontier stating there was an outage in her area, and her service will be restored in 48 hours. I received several more text, stating they knew of the outage, and are working to restore it. My sister then had an appointment for Frontier to come to her house and resolve this issue. The appointment was for 12/31/2024. Nobody showed up for this appointment. She has been without internet and her close caption phone since 12/23/2024. She is unable to communicate with anyone, nor can she call 911. This is very unacceptable in this day and age. Thank you for your assistance.
