      Ive been a patient here for over 10 years now and I must say that Hamilton Center has come a long way. Theyre awesome and right now I feel I have the right treatment going for me.

      Hamilton Center is the worst place for mental health issues. They medicate patients to death. There is absolutely no stability in the company, as they are ALWAYS hiring. Too many therapists leave and no reason is given. Emergency line is a joke. They never give you the help needed during a crisis. I once was told that they didn't know how to handle my autistic son, they weren't trained for it.

      This is the most consistently incompetent provider I have ever suffered under. Time and time again, even simple things like refills, a service guaranteed within 72 hours, turn into week-long battles over the phone to get a refill that is well documented and that I have been on since starting with them. Thats not to mention when they leave out prescriptions, prescribe incorrect doses and amounts, or prescribe medications Im not prescribed. Then there was the time my provider rescheduled three times in a row. Each appointment was months apart and led to about a 6 month gap where I couldnt see a provider. Fortunately my meds were working well at the time, but lets fast forward to when I start having issues again. A recent example: I call in a refill for a vital medicine that Im very low on. Med line calls back the next morning and says they need some information faxed over, so I faxed it over within 30 minutes. Prescriber is the one who wanted the info, so he knows this is an emergency and is aware right away. Im told Ill get a call back same day. 3 days later no refill has been sent. No call back. I follow up and am told to hope the doctor gets to it today otherwise when I start withdrawing I can go to the *** I have to foot an expensive bill and undergo a hospital stay because you cant even be sure meet your own standards? I should cross my fingers youll do your job? Baffling. If this had been the first time this has happened, I could understand, but I have issues almost every time I need a refill. My experience with these people has been countless follow up calls and complaints to quality control to finally get something done. The year and a half or so experience with them has been nothing short of prescriber-patient abuse, suffered by me because I didnt want to wait 6 months for a new prescriber. My mistake. Please do not entrust yourselves to these people. They arent up for the task.
