    My father passed away in early November 2023. On December, 20 2023 I purchased a headstone from Wabash Valley Monument, now going by Brazil Granite I think, in full. I have a signed contract and a receipt from them. We were told it would be delivered in early summer, and that a proof would be sent to me in just a few months. It is now August 30, 2024, and I have received no proof and zero updates from anyone at the company. After calling multiple times and leaving multiple emails I finally got a hold of someone and was told they still do not have an *** on when the headstone will be delivered. It has been almost 10 months. When I called, I got a bunch of excuses, and they even said to me they think it is delayed because of "pirate attacks". The timeframe, the no updates, and the excuses are unacceptable.

    I purchased a monument for my wife's grave site on 10/18/2023. I paid a little more than half of the purchase . Todays date is 7/29/2024. I have made contact with *********************** several times and all I get is excuses. I want help getting my tombstone delivered. Her phone number is ************ or ************. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I think waiting almost 9 months for delivery of my tombstone is ridiculous. since they had the tombstone in their inventory. I was promised delivery in the spring of 2024. Thank you for your help. *****************************

    I would give 0 stars if it were the option. My father passed in October of 2022. We picked out a stone and paid in FULL over *******. in January of 2023 approved the design a couple of weeks later and here we are almost 18 months in from the paid in full date and still no stone on my fathers grave. They dodge phone calls, barely return messages and when they do, there is ALWAYS an excuse. First it was that Covid slowed production. The next follow up a few months later was the excuse that they werent getting quality stone from their quarry, however they offered free of charge to upgrade to a stone that was 6 bigger than the one we purchased that they had on hand I accepted the offer thinking finally were getting it done. She said theyd get it cut into the double heart shape that my mother had picked for her and my father. Six weeks ago I had reached out again, and was told that they had to ship it off site to get etched because their laser is down and it would be set in place in two weeks. That two weeks is now a month ago and all Ive gotten is the run around. Still no stone, not even a footer poured yet. I feel like they have poor communication and bad ethics. Spend your dollar somewhere where youll get what you pay for. Eighteen months is a long time to still have nothing. Ive heard from employees how mismanaged the company is and they are well over 200 stones behind.

    My father passed away 12/8/2021. I wrote a check to Wabash Valley Monument on 12/14/21 in the amount if $2850. It's going on 1 year and my dad's headstone has not been been put up. My understanding is they have not received it yet. I've called them. I spoke to the owner, ***** 1 time. He said he'd get back to me, he never did. I've called and left messages and he never returns my calls. This is unacceptable. It's hard enough dealing with my fathers death, but add this stress on top of it is terrible. I emailed them asking for half of my money back. I've yet to hear from them.

    This job was completed on Nov. 18, 2022. The family has been notified.

    For the past 2 years the monument industry has suffered due to the pandemic. Most all of our suppliers were shut down in 2020 for several months. When they restarted production most were only at 50% of normal.

    Once thing got back to normal in 2021 sales were up higher than we have experienced. For that reason the granite suppliers were, and still are very behind in production. What used to take 2-3 months to receive is sometimes taking **** months.

    I have spoken to ************** several times to keep her updated. Every time I was told she had called I returned her call.
