    I returned later and they accepted the item back. So it has been resolved. Still didn't appreciate the first interaction, but hopefully they will do better for future customers. Thank you.

    We took the Truck to the dealer for regular maintenance. ***** drove to the dealership just fine, had a check engine light on. ***** has been at the dealership for a month and they say they cant get the truck to start and waiting on **** to tell them what to do. we are in a rental unit and we can not get anyone from the dealership to return our calls.

    Took my car in to Mace Ford a few months ago, I originally went to have a noise looked at in the back of my car. Went in and they said they were going to hook it up to this machine to get fixed, they hooked it up and it fried some module for my awd. I got my car back and they said they messed it up, I dont have awd now and it has been months and months for me taking it in to get fixed Ive called off for my work and everything and they still cant seem to fix the issue. Ive been in there multiple times and still nothing. So now I am stuck with a broken car and nothing heard from this dealership. I just want my time and my heartache of this all back and nothing else. Oh and my car fixed or replaced with the same thing!!
