    Worst business Ive ever dealt with !! Bought a balanced rotating 383 stroker assembly from them !! Had all my machine work and clearancing done by local 40 year business *********.. Assembly went smooth with no problems at all and installed it in my truck.. Fired it up and made one h*** of a god awful noise !! Got advice from a good friend and former owner of ****************************** & Racing. He suggested I pull the pan and what I found was clearance issues everywhere with crank hitting piston skirts and who knows what else. Contacted this business for help in righting their wrong and was insulted and told its my problem !!

    I attached the correspondence between Mr ******* and myself, we did not build this engine. We supplied some of the components to him, it is up the the individual to check and verify all dimensions and clearances while doing ANY engine assembly. We have provided these same components to over ******************************************************* both cases it was caused by the engine blocks having core shift and the cylinders being off angle to the cam crank center line. We did not supply the engine block to Mr. ******* or any of the machine work and as he stated he had a shop do his clearance work. It is the individuals responsibility to check and verify that every component has a minimum of .060" clearance between components and do their due diligence when assembling. I also attached the original invoice from the sale, which was purchased a year prior to his contact. This is also stated on the invoice,  "Any special order parts are non refundable. All sales are final. Some parts and configurations are intended for track use only. Some parts may void your manufacturer's warranty. Any part that has been installed are considered used, and are non refundable. No parts are available for refund after 30 days from original purchase date. Any rotating assembly that has been balanced is non refundable. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to all returned parts. Credit will be issued as in store credit (NO CASH RETURNS). Any unpaid balance will be charged 5% per month until paid in full."
