      Wrights installed a pool for ** and it is horrible. The liner is full of wrinkles, the bottom has huge divots, it leaks, the top rails do not match, etc. We tried numerous times to contact them and they will not return phone calls or emails. They even blocked me on ******** when I tried contacting them on there.

      A pool was improperly installed, with several issues, by ******** pool service. There was several attempts to contact. I paid to start the pool with no signed written contract, with the remaining to be settled up after completion and satisfaction. After the pool was left uncompleted with several issues and after several texts with no reply and no shows, I had another business fix the issues, which cost the same amount that I owed this company. Then after 3 years I received a letter from PAS collection agency for the remaining amount. I have copies of the texts and pictures for proof.

      We paid $1940 as the deposit for our pool liner replacement on our above ground Kayak pool in December 2021. Total charge for the job was to be $3875.00 We contacted ******** Pool Service via email on March 15, ****************************************************************************************** late April. Contacted them again April 28 to try and get a date for them to come install. After many times of contacting them via email, texting, and telephone calls, they finally came June 10, 2022. They removed our old liner, put the new liner in place only to say they had the wrong liner and that it would not work. They left the wrong liner hanging in the pool, left all the facings and other parts of the pool sitting out, and then would not respond to any type of contact we tried to make to see when they would have the other liner and be back. The wrong liner quickly fell into the bottom of the pool and our sidewalls and sand base have now been exposed to the elements and deteriorated. They told us more than once the liner would be in on a specific date but have not shown up to replace it. The pool has now sat empty for 36 days which is very bad for an above ground pool. They once again told us on July 7, 2022 they would be here July 11 or 12 but did not show or contact us. They told us this morning (July 15) they would be here next Tuesday to install. We have no confidence this will actually happen as they have not followed through on any previous dates. Not only have we not received the liner we purchased but they have left our pool in a very vulnerable state as it has no water which is what gives an above ground pool stability. We have no idea as to the integrity of the pool walls right now. We have been without a pool all summer due to their negligence. They did not send us any invoice but I am in the process of getting a copy of their cancelled check from our bank.
