    I purchased a 42" custom fence from Guarantee Roofing and Fence. It is horizontal in design and has a flat 1" x 6" top rail. I was told not to stain or seal for approximately 4 to 6 months. Within a months time, all the top boards were warped. Guarantee sent a crew to nail the joints more which did not solve the issues. I have spoken to the general manager about the process for correction. He has told me that they do not Guarantee the lumber only craftsmanship. Lumber is their craftsmanship. Since that time I have left many messages for manager to return my call and he hasn't. This fence was paid in full before work began. I am filing this complaint due to lack of craftsmanship and resolvement of this issue. I order to have this matter dissolved it will cost me more money. The fence is guaranteed for a year and company is not willing to make good on their agreement. Now I am left with warped top boards which look terrible!
