    Order #***** was placed on November 25, 2024 and on their website it stated that the order was Completed. I paid $49.25 for 3 packages of string. As of 12/23/2024, I have not received the ordered product. I have email twice with no response. They took and received the monies for the product.

    On September 30, 2024, I made an online purchase of $35.00 to Lawler Sports, **************************************. I was buying some Tennis Racquet String for my grandchildren. I received an email acknowledging my purchase and Order # ***** was listed. After a couple days, with no update from Lawler providing me with tracking information, I called several times but got no answer. I left a VM that I needed tracking info. I then read reviews of this business at ******************************************************************************** and saw that others described same problems I was having. Over next few days, I called several more times but never got an answer. I finally left another message that if they can't give me a tracking number for my purchase, I was going to cancel the charges on my credit card. On October 6, 2024, I received an email from Lawler saying, "Order Refunded *****" I have checked my credit card transactions daily since 10/06 but my $35.00 has not been returned. I make several similar online purchases from other tennis suppliers and never have this kind of problem. I am retired and on a very fixed income and I need my $35.00 back.

    As I reviewed your document received on 10/18/24, under Complaint Details cont. I notice several items say, None Provided yet all of this information is in the body of my complaint.

    Nature of Complaint: BBB document says, Delivery Issues This problem is far beyond delivery issues. The seller agreed on 10/06/24 to Refund my purchase price, but has not done so after more than reasonable time to do so.

    As of 11/14/24, I have not received my refund from *** *****, the CROOKED OWNER of Lawler Sports in ***********, ******** 

    My bank is in the process of trying to reverse the credit card charges.

    Regarding Lawler Sports, Owner *** *****, screenshots submitted to BBB on 11/19/24 showing he refunded my purchase amount of $35.00, the screenshots are printed *****' "point of sale" system at his retail store. They are not as legitimate as actual bank records showing the money was indeed transmitted, which it was not. Only after I threatened to have my Attorney file Suit against *** ***** in Small Claims Court of ***********, and I attached a letter from my Bank Manager that NO CREDIT HAD EVER BEEN RECEIVED INTO MY credit card account from **********************, then *** ***** confessed that my refund was never sent and he blamed his ******************************* I then received the refund into my credit card account on 11/21/24. 

    Further, regarding *** *****' threat to take legal action, I responded, "PLEASE TAKE LEGAL ACTION! I WELCOME THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE YOU IN ANY COURT?!
