    I received a quote for the removal of a mulberry tree and a pile of brush from the stated company on June 6th, 2024. I signed and accepted the quote quickly after receiving it. The company came out on June 11th, 2024 around 5:30pm to beginning the job. The company completed less than half of the job during the two hours that they were there. I received the invoice on June 11, 2024 right after the company left. In the message that included the link to the invoice, it stated the following, Thanks for your business! Please click below to pay your invoice online ************************************************************* I will be back tomorrow to finish taking the rest of the tree down I just wanted to send this over before I forget. Thanks for your business!!! The company did not come back the next day, 6/12, like the message stated. I paid a partial payment of $500 through ****** on June 16, 2024. No contact was made by the company for an update of when the job would be finished. I contacted the owner, ****** Herman, via text message on 6/21/24, asking on when the rest of the tree would be removed. He replied with the following, I gotta get someone over there with me to help me hold back utility lines while I drop the rest out Sorry I've been haven't a hard time keeping help working lately it seems but I will try to get over there tomorrow if I can't find anyone todayI replied, It's okay! No rush, I was just checking in. I heard nothing from the owner or the company about the time they would be back to finish. I made contact regarding when it would be finished on all of the following dates: 7/18/24 (replied back that they were working on some storm jobs and would be back around my way next week) 8/7/24 (no reply from company), 8/12/24 (stated that he was waiting to get his pole saw back from the repair shop, saying he might have to call Duke to disconnect service while he is finishing the job) I agreed, but stated the job needed to be finished by 8/30
