The car purchased was a ************** was purchased in November of 2024and developed issues in May of 2025. Auto House said to take it to a local mechanic in ***********. After several trips ***** said there was nothing they could do. Auto House then said they have a mechanic who could check it out. Auto House said the mechanic couldn't help fix the ********. The car is unsafe to drive and so Auto House salesman ****** said they could maybe give me five thousand dollars for the car. That's 4k less than was paid in 2024. ****** then latter said that Auto House would be willing to take the Mercedses to a auction to see if it would get more than five thousand. Took the car back to Auto House so they could take it to the auction and they said they had changed their minds about the auction. Basically you bought a lemon from us and you are on your own. I don't understand how one minute Auto House said they could give me 5 k or see what the ******** would bring at auction to we are not living up to our word .I am left with a unsafe car that nobody can figure out what's wrong and a car dealer who is unwilling to resolve the problem .

On August 31st 2024, my wife purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass. Ten days in, the vehicle left her and my son stranded. I did some digging ant it had popped the 150amp fuse that goes to the starter and alternator. I changed the fuse and starter and it seemed ok. The very next day, it left my entire family stranded. Once again it was the fuse. Looking at it again, it had junkyard markings on the engine. I had her take the vehicle back to Autohouse to fix this issue. They told her that they couldn't give her a loaner vehicle because their insurance didn't cover it. After they looked at it, they told her that the LED headlights that I put in was the issue. After I explained that what they were saying was impossible, they took it to a different shop. Giving her a loner after i got involved by the way... After multiple attempts to fix the issue, we ended up "trading" that one back in for another since it had almost been a month. After we looked at everything, nothing about the original vehicle was right. They lied about every detail they could to make a sale. While we had it, we put nearly $1000 into it that they now have for the next sucker's that go to their lot. All I asked for is another key for the new one (which i had to have made for the old one) and was told they have done everything they could for us. Be careful when dealing with these crooks. They will sell you complete junk and not care. What a joke!!!

This store sold me a van that costs me $581 and some change monthly and the van broke down within 3 months of having it. I was told that the light on in the car was a recall and they would schedule it and get back to me. I ended up calling Chrysler myself and they already preformed the recall. I was told many issues I saw when I first got it would be fixed at no charge. They wont refund me or take the van back. Ive gone to the attorney general and filed a paper complaint with BBB. ****** even laughed on the phone about my complaint. We have six kids who have to get to school. I had to switch jobs to a lower paying job so we could make multiple trips in our other vehicle to get them to school. My significant other got Covid and all six children and myself went through getting sick afterwards and by the time we called again to see about getting the van in a drivable condition, we were told to park it. It hasnt been able to even be locked and unlocked using the key fob. Were looking at a law suit for the money we have already spent while it hasnt been able to be driven along with money to cover the financial losses that have resulted because we didnt have a way to get the kids to school. ***************** was excellent, but he retired while we were all sick. We pay $130 in insurance monthly for a van that doesnt move. This business is a total joke. I was not able to speak to anyone higher up in the business because it was refused. NEVER buy a car here. All the vehicles I see with auto house plates make funky noises. They are the equivalent to the car salesman in the movie ******** Seriously, DO NOT GO TO AUTO HOUSE SUPERSTORE IN ***********, *******! Youre wasting your money on junk vehicles. If you go here, you will regret it. They are liars. They will take your money and run before you can catch up to them on your legs because thats all youll have to chase them when your vehicle is broken down. I bet they make a fake account to post a good review. Worst company!
