9/20/2023, after putting a $10,000 deposit down to lock in a sale price on a home. With *************************** salesman, then drove down to *********. Then I was told Id have to pay for more items and be responsible for things that a dealer does. Once home a few days later I Called the salesman ***************************. I told him I want to cancel. As agreed if I cancel I will lose $395,00. Of deposit. At his office, in front of my Fianc I was told no to worry that I can cancel any time in 90 days and not need a reason to cancel . Well Then I was told I need to send a registered letter , of cancellation, after requesting, cancellation. On 10/02/2023, I did send Salesman such letter to ****************** . Also I informed him of broken promises. On 09/20/2023, Then I was contacted by ***********************, manager of plant. He said I need to send him a cancellation request and a denial or acceptance letter. I asked what type he said anything. After asking for it in writing he said I wont like his request. 10/06/2023, when I talked to him on phone, and said I can send information needed to his phone by ****, which I did. He said it was sufficient after reading Docs. and told me he already sent it to the proper **** , while on phone to process refund . And takes two weeks to process . On 10/19/2023. I called to ask for ***********************, to inquire about refund he said he submitted for me. Instead the Sales mgr. *********************************, answered, and said **** was on vacation. After asking if my refund is being processed She claimed she had nothing from me at the office and why did I ask **** for? I explained he called me after inquiring to main office. 10/19/2023,That same day she said she doesnt want to keep my money. Its easy Peasy, just send her a Letter certified mail, requesting refund and cancellation, and when its received she will call me to verify, and send refund. I did that . 10/23/2023, I looked up receipt of certified mail. It was the same day, yesterday. I will be calling her back soon.
