I purchased a ***** bear puppy from Southern Dandy Kennel on August 1, 2022. We were charged **** for the puppy and delivery. We noticed immediately that the puppy wasnt eating much and we then called the kennel and we were told to wet her food or add pumpkin pure to her food but none of this worked as the puppy grew sicker we kept calling the kennel and at first she said if anything happened to the puppy she would take care of us. Well the puppy just got worse. Me and my husband had to feed the puppy through medicine syringes because she wouldnt eat and spent $4000 in medical bills in which we still owe some trying to save her and by August 18, she was hospitalized and as she was barely breathing and totally stopped eating and on August 20, 2022 we had her euthanized in order to end her suffering. The owner of the kennel in the end refused to give us another puppy or any of our money back and on September 8, we contacted her with the autopsy results and she cussed my husband out because me and my family gave her a bad review on line. She sells her ***** bear puppies for $900 but she charged me $1000. Help please
