    UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE customer service. I have never been in an auto shop that had the owner and staff using the f*** word in conversation loud enough for people in waiting room to hear. When I arrived at shop, there were no mechanics working on the cars that were up on lifts. Two mechanics arrived 25 minutes after I arrived. I had appt 10:30a, waited 35 minutes. Car was not brought in for work. Asked about when work would start as I was waiting at shop. Girl at front desk didn't know so went to get owner. Owner, *******************, told me in a very rude manner, they were backed up from pervious jobs. He did not apologize for delay. He said, rudely again, they were just about to bring my car in and if I didn't want to wait then I could take it somewhere else. He said it multiple times. I said "wow, what good customer service" sarcastically because I couldn't believe he said that. Then he said "do you want the alignment or not?" I said, I'm not sure I can trust that you'll do the work without messing up my car". He starting yelling saying "I'm not taking your ****, I'm not taking anyone's s*** anymore". He told me to get out of his shop. His behavior was aggressive and threatening. I do not recommend this shop.

    Officer Balon(Chief/Sheriff Jeffrey B****'s relative) and Sergeant C*****(K-9 Unit) his Supervisor of Valparaiso Police Department are RACIST and PREJUDICE to African Americans, at least they were to my Black self. I called Dispatch Non-Emergency # to have an Officer meet me at Central Auto Repair Shop as a Mediator while I check-on my vehicle that Owner Joe L***** is trying to keep for his personal use after he and his novice uncertified "mechanic" Carl did bolt-on performance upgrades then did BURNOUTS and VERY AGGRESSIVE driving without a break-in period, which caused internal engine damage that Owner Joe Landry refuses to fix which I am currently suing him about. I was denied checking on the condition of my vehicle and was AGGRESSED and UNABLE to leave the central parking lot because Officer Balon(while asking me for my address) physically put himself on the edge of my driver-side car door to prevent me from closing it so that I couldn't leave and go to Valparaiso Police Department to talk with a higher-up. I then called 911 to report him and the danger I was in, he then tried to issue me a violation for Trespassing and I did not violate ANY LAWS. After 911 was called Supervisor Sergeant C***** finally came out to carryout Officer B****'s agenda and cared nothing about me calling them out to be dispatched on mediating to checking on my vehicle, but went to Officer Balon's Police Vehicle #5 soon as he arrived then unlawfully tried to violate me for trespassing with Officer Balon's paperwork. Valparaiso still has segregated influences in "law enforcement" and business. BEWARE !!!!!
