      we took both our vechiles there to get windows tinted, paint protection film, and tail lights tinted, cermanic coated. Both of the vechiles where not protected fully with the film they installed, they have bubbles on both vechiles after the 2 week inspection both have been there twice and still not right. we have film ******* up underneath the hood, bumpers, have marks on the mirrors, bubbles in back lights, and we speak to the owner or office manager they think u are a liar and want us to spend more money when there is a warranty on the stuff they installed. Over 8100 dollars they look s***** I took both vechiles to another dealer that does the same thing and they pointed out everything that was bad on the work definitive details done and the person said our vechiles should have not left the shop looking like that. took them back to definintive detail and they said they couldnt cover the edges. But want us to spend another 4000 to do it asked for a refund or redo it right and the owner declined. you do not treat customers that way that spent a lot of money for work to be done and be happy and we are not at all.
