      It was all good. The installation went smoothly. The guys were really professional and the only thing is that I would suggest you mention what you want ahead of time. There were a couple small issues. I didn't know they would have to shut off the water. They put the shower head in the same position as my old one. I would've liked to have had input on that. It seems to be working and we have tested it out.

      Very pleased with my new **** K shower. In my guest bathroom, I had a tub/shower and didnt want my guests to climb in and take a shower. So I contacted Lori K bath and they had the shower and design I was looking for. The install team was very professional and did a great job.

      Beware pressure sales. We were told they would take 10% off if we wrote them a check now for a down payment. Charged us over 12K for a complete shower installation, new toilet, and faucet for vanity. I would liked to have a seat installed due to a medical condition, but they don't do seats. **** and **** did an excellent job on the installation. Pressure sales and no seat, four star is generous.
