    My advice is not to go here! I am 43 and have some digestion issues. My family Dr. referred me to ******************** who no longer works out of this ******. During my consult he told me that he wanted to do a colonoscopy because of my constipation and because of my family history. So I called my insurance to make sure it would be covered based off what the Dr. said. They told me it would be. All they needed to know was that the Dr. advised me to get this procedure done because of my family history as preventative care. After the procedure I received a bill in the mail for $3627.00. When I called my insurance provider they told me the Dr. coded my procedure wrong, only noting the constipation and not mentioning anything about the family history. When I called the Dr. ****** letting them know that my health insurance asked me to have them revise it and resend it to them ****** the head of billing told me that she would take care of getting it recoded and sent back to my insurance company. Needless to say a few weeks later I got a red late notice in the mail. When I called the number on the bill and told them the situation they told me they would put a hold on the bill and asked me to ***********. ****** to have them resubmit it through the billing once it was recoded. Again I called ***** who said that she would take care of this, and again she did nothing. After about a month I then received a collection letter in the mail. YES!! You heard that right, they sent me to collections after telling me on 2 separate occasions that they would take care of this. I called the collection people and let them know what was going on and they told me they would note my collection, told me that it was awful that the Dr. ****** was giving me the run around and that maybe I should reach out to my health care provider and have them reach out for all the documents. So I did that along with calling ***** back who again acted surprised and then said again that she would take care of this. I have contacted my insurance company and they have told me that she NEVER had my procedure recoded and sent back to them for review. So now I am stuck paying a $ ******* bill for a colonoscopy because no one could add to my file what the Dr. told me in my visit with him that he wanted to take a look because of my family history! Dont go here! Unless you are okay with being lied to, given the run around, and being sent to collections. Worst experience ever!!!
