    I have recently purchased paint for a restoration ,from KBS coatings (silver) to be exact. I received paint but was the wrong color. KBS will not acknowledge that they sent me the wrong color paint,i have talked to multiple people but there is nothing they can do so they send me to a supervisor named **** *** does not want to talk about the situation nor find a solution and at this point is ignoring me. I need help getting intouched with someone at KBS that will do something I want my money back or the right color paint as a result

    We have called the customer back on numerous occasions. The customer sent us pictures which showed the RustSeal Silver had changed colors and had lost its sheen which only happens when RustSeal is exposed to sunlight (especially in the ******* sun), and we clearly state that on our website. The customer claims that the RustSeal sprayed out of his gun at that color, but the fact that the RustSeal is matte (not glossy) means it did not come out of the gun like that and it was indeed exposure to sunlight/UV rays. We will gladly exchange for another color if the customers sends back the paint that he does not like. We are very happy to do that. We have already offered the customer a substantial discount to purchase the require topcoat for his application and we are waiting for him to use our substantial discount to order what is required to topcoat RustSeal.
