Hi ******, we apologize for any inconvenience may have caused you. We understand that what ever happened would make you unhappy. Youre and always one of our favorite customers, its been always our pleasure to do your nails. And we wanted to left you assured that we never use MMA to do acrylic nails. I hope you can hear us out and let us know what else we can do to address your concern. We appreciate your business and feedback to make us better every day

I am rejecting this response because:

I have had 3 nail techs at different places tell me that while removing my acrylic nails that they were positive what was on my nails was MMA. They said based on the smell and how it destroyed my nails when they attempted to soak off my acrylics. They explained that if it was actual acrylic powder it would only take 15 minutes to soak off and they would be able to wipe off the residue. After 15 minutes of soaking they had to scrape the residue off and even with a drill it was unable to come off all the way. My nails were so incredibly painful after they every so gently removed them.

    Hi ******,
We would like to affirm that those assumptions/statement from other nail salons and technicians are not accurate. Our nail products do not carry MMA in their ingredients (please see images attached)
It is known that MMA has been banned by the ***** since the 1970s in most states including *******. ********* has never used and will not purchase any MMA-containing-supplies. We hope and we believe other nails salon in ******* do the same to follow the rules.
Again, Chic Nails and our technicians always respect the law and take pride in our work. We appreciate our customers as well as their trust to our practices.
If you have any concerns, you can always come to us for honest answers. We also recommend checking the reliability and validation of any unconfirmed information.
