      My dogs were boarded at this facility from May 5 until May 8, 2023.We were charged $53.20 for medications not received but I have already spoken to them about reimbursement. I was quoted $50 per animal for baths. Our bill reflects a $55 bath and an additional charge of $12 per dog. That is $134. $34 more than our agreement. I want this money refunded. I have already spoken to the manager ******* about this and I'm not being reimbursed. Businesses should not have hidden charges.

      Hi ******. We understand that you are dissatisfied with the charges for your pet's recent services. As we spoke about during our phone conversation, it is absolutely our policy to be up front about pricing and we have addressed these concerns with our staff. We appreciate your reaching out about your concerns and would be more than happy to reimburse the $34.00 for the additional assistance fees and bath price differences. Please look out for that reimbursement in the mail and let ** know if there is anything else we can do.
