      1) A window was installed damaged and concealed with caulk 2) Around the border of the windows, there are gaps (areas missing caulk)3) There are windows that are inadequately insulated These issues have been brought to the attention of **** ****** by either telephone or in person. After visually seeing 2 of the 3 issues, we were informed the damaged window would be ordered and replaced. He also stated all the windows that have areas with missing caulk would be properly caulked when the replacement window is installed. Since then, in the winter the inadequate insulation issue was discovered. A window lace panel was frozen to the window trim which will cause the wood to become ********** late May, I called to inquire the status of the replacement window and when they would be at my home to finish the work. I was told they were booked through June so it would be in July and I would be contacted with the availability to schedule a date. It's now mid September and I have not been contacted at all to be scheduled for the work to be completed. I have been the one initiating communication via telephone calls to Window World in order to bring issues to their attention. I have even gone as far as contacting Window World **************** and been transferred to the consumer affairs department. Nobody answers the telephone so I have left a message multiple times and have yet to receive a return telephone call.       Hello On Oct. 3 **** I paid Window World in ********** a $650.00 down payment for two replacement windows. As I have not received them yet, i called twice during the week of Jan. 8 leaving vm both times. I didnt get a response until yesterday, and was told it would be March until I get them installed. Since the windows are in stock, and this is a 6 month wait I advised them this was totally unacceptable and need the windows this month or a refund. This was not the bill of goods I was promised.As of 1/16/24 I have again, not heard a response. They are quick to take your money and a no show for the product.Please help in any way you can.Respectfully,*****************

      Hi ***, Thank you for choosing Window World. I had the pleasure of doing the first window job for you & measuring this existing job for you. We have found that our best policy is to do the jobs in the order that we receive them. We stay busy all year round but are extremely busy in the fall & winter. We certainly let people know and never try to hide that fact so they can make the best decision for there project. At any time of year, we are at least 2 months out. The fall/winter can add significantly because of weather & lack daylight hours. Sometimes we can fit people in if we have a cancellation on installation that they needed to reschedule. Hopefully we can fit you in sooner than later. Thank you again
