      After multiple trips to big box stores in search of lighting and a new ceiling fan, my daughter-in-law suggested North Coast Lighting in **********, **. As I walked in, I knew I was in the right place. The showroom has an urban and classic look/style. Owners ****** and Al were kind, professional, and very helpful. I emailed pictures and specs of my space to ******. She was very helpful to me in choosing the correct size for the space. Additionally, I had an item I ended up not needing and got a refund. This is the third time I have purchased lighting (and a ceiling fan) from North Coast Lighting. My husband and I are so happy with how everything turned out. Theyve added elegance and value to our home. We couldnt be happier and more satisfied with North Coast Lighting! Highly recommend them!

      This is how incompetent this business is....They used the same fan remote code for multiple units in the same three unit townhouse complex!I called to have the situation rectified per the recommendation on the builder and I get this female with a nasty attitude who took down my name, number and address and said she'd get back with me. Never happened and it's been in excess of a month.Well, she can go through all the contacts from the past month and verify which one(s) she failed to follow up on and get back with me to rectify the situation.Yeah!!! As IF that's gonna happen!I question the honesty and integrity of the those who left 5 star reviews for work supposed done by this business.I still can't believe they actually lacked the common sense of using different codes for each fan remote! And no, the codes they used are NOT the manufacture codes, because I bought additional fans by the same manufacturer and the factory codes are all in the "down" or "off" position.Oh, I finally resolved the issue on my own with the assistance of Apex Construction and Remodeling in ********, IN, who were kind enough to do so at no charge. I'll admit that I hired Apex to do in excess of $10K of work, excellently commissioned Still, they were under no obligation to help me out but they did so at no additional charge. HAIL APEX!. Boo to North Coast Light, LLC!

      North Coast Lighting has not sold fans to the above customer. ********************** does NOT install any fans or lights. If you had an issue with a fan and a wall control or remote it is an easy fix. No electrician is needed. There would never have been an issue if the person who installed it properly reads instructions and sets the receiver and wall control to the same number in one room, next room use a different number.
