    Sure Clean was brought in by our insurance company after a water leak. After it dried out they removed the machines and we had no contact for six weeks. They removed our downstairs stool and there was a leak in the line connecting to the stool. They did not tell us and shoved it down the hole. We were hit with a $600.00 water bill. They did repairs and have yet to come back after several attempts to get them to finish gluing flooring and did not replace our insulation under the house. I signed the completion form that they needed but never submitted it to the insurance and they keep billing us and adding service charges.
    They have told us on numerous occassions since January they will send somebody and only did once to hook up our Air correctly. We had somone come and hook up our dishwasher correctly since it wasn't done right either.

    My house has been torn apart by sure clean for a month with no returned call. I have called the office twice and the lady said she would have someone call me. I also called the service guys number and left multiple messages. Definitely not the way to run a busniess
