    I have three dogs and two cats and I had been at a local vet that I became unhappy with the customer service when my dog had been in for surgery. I am so pleased with the customer service and care that Southgate offers. The text service is amazing, I can ask questions when a problem arises and get a response within 30 minutes of the opening the next business day. They care, the phone is rarely busy, and during business hours they respond very quickly to all text questions. I love my pets like my children and when they are sick or suffering it is very important to me that my vet is there to help, the communication, the personal care in office, and making sure I understand everything involved in every visit are the reasons I would recommend Southgate to any pet owner.
