      Wonderful experience from start to finish! I had called Precious Gems & Metals in advance to set an appointment and was pleasantly surprised no recorded message, the owner answered immediately. Attended the event held in my city (**************, **) today and had the pleasure of meeting with the owner and his son. Friendly interactions put me at ease and I felt totally comfortable as the owner educated me about values while patiently inspecting an entire bankers box of jewelry & an entire suitcase full of boxed coins. If I discover any more "hidden" treasures, this is the only company I will call. Precious Gems & Metals is certainly deserving of its BBB A+ rating. Extremely happy with the end results and received payment on the spot.
