Life threatened: by next door neighbor : *********************. Whispering Pines management/ nor its parent company- Landmark Management Company have addressed my need for a single typed document to START a legal protective order. First step??? Fail.Rent now due: (unable due to PTSD diagnosis and ZERO effort toward my safety shown by above management OR ************** who OWN said property.)Unable to enter my home: to obtain 1 check to PAY THEM RENT: for a home I cannot sleep a night in, impossible yet. That in order to enter my HOME: to obtain 1 check to PAY THEM RENT.i need to be accompanied AT LEAST by an employee of LANDMARK ************* Open at ***. @ 9am-CLOSED TIL THEN! I will not incur/pay late charges!!!Give me a time after 10am on Wednesday 09/04/2024: I will park in front of office door & expect a landmark employee to meet me: accompany me to my my front ************ for me to come out with : 1 blank check & 1 medication I didnt grab. ****** me into office to write RENT CHECK!Return me by my side back inside my car: simply so I can have ANY LIFE SAFETY ENSURED to get that check! ****The only way that will be paid ANYTHING by me : to MY RENTAL *** LANDMARK MANAGEMENT ** ****>TO PROTECT MY ************************* protective is completed and delivered to Whispering Pines ****************** *********************. **** has called our office several times. She keep demanding a document but wont tell us the problem or show us proof. She states it was sent in an e-mail but the e mail is a bunch of gibberish and makes no sense. When she calls my office she screams, and demands things that do not make sense. All of our conversations have been recorded. I have followed up with the manager and she has not witnessed anything. We have tried telling **** if she feels threatened she needs to call the police, she states she has but when we call the police department, they have not heard from her. We have seen texts that she sent to her neighbor which shows **** being the aggressive one. My manager is not escorting **** to her apartment. She had also left messages at my office making threatening comments. I have attempted several conversations with **** and it has ended up with her hanging up on me every time.

I have been-threatened by my neighbor. SimplySHOCKED!?? we have had: not one problem in 3 YEARS? I immediately contacted LAW ENFORCEMENT: a DETECTIVE-who said OBTAIN the following 2 documents: to BEGIN a process of pursuing a PROTECTIVE ORDER1.letter from: any Law Enforcement Officer 2.letter from: anyone paid by-the owning coi pay:both to include the following: (to NOT prove anything, no decision of whos guilty??!!!!)*SIMPLY BOTH TYPED ONTO PAPER: 1. date you got my first call?answer: 8/23/2024. 2.What did I say was urgent? (answer: threat to my life by NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR) 3. signature- (like IN CURSIVE?) 4. written name & title within company of Landmark Management Co. (**Block Simple: kindergarten level letters): thats it! * 1st: law enforcement had it on file within 24 hours. Nothing-by one staff in over one week and 1/2 since Ive been threatened. Forced to inhabit someone elses home: while paying for shelter.Its MY HOME. my disability? PTSD: if that does not explain everything and why? I give up. BBB COMPLAINT: Im ACCUSED-Im irrational. I yell. Im the aggressor??Deeming my concern unworthy of concern: to anyone at -LANDMARK MANAGEMENT *** if Ive lucked out and reached a human voice?!? I give it my best: calm& cle.Until they refuse. I am truly unsure how to respond and will not continue to respond after this. This is the same round and round game we have been playing for almost 2 weeks. ****, you called and left me 4 voicemails stating you knew the office was closed but still demanded a return call. You also called the manager 20 times over the weekend, knowing there was not office hours. While I was on the phone this morning, you went to office and dropped off your rent check while yelling and banging on the door.
If you want to provide video proof of what concerns you have, please send them to me and I will review. Without proof of your complaint of being threatened, there is nothing we will do. You do not need for us to fill out any type of form to file a protection order nor do we get involved with tenant disagreements between each other. I have spoken to police department this morning and they state they have no calls/complaints from ****. The office clarified with me (on a recorded line) that the landlord does not need to complete nor provide and documents for you to get a protection order. You need to file the required forms with the court.

I have waited months for my recertification paperwork that I haven't received. They called me and I asked ***** if she'll send me another form, she said she would and I still never relieved anything and she was very rude to me. I'm on disability and get $1000 a month and I'm paying almost $700 in rent and it's leaving me no money for my utilities and groceries. My daughter lives with me but she isnt working and I told landmark (*****) that she isn't working and they told me that my Daughter needed to call them and tell them where all she's been applying. I feel that that isn't necessary and you can't do that. There is NO management out here. I feel like I'm just getting the run around and it isn't fair. Everytime landmark calls me this *************** who we have to speak with is very rude to me, didn't care that I was in the hospital. I just want answers.Business Response

******** and her daughter live in low-income housing and FAILED to report income to the household when the daughter started working. I mailed her a copy that needed to be signed and she stated she lost it. I have since mailed out another copy. During this time, her daughter decided to QUIT her job July 12th and they now want the rent lowered. ******** stated to me yesterday that her daughter has had interviews (I did not ask where) and were waiting on call backs. If I know they are actively looking for another job, I am not required to complete temporary changes. Especially with their history of not reporting income. When I spoke to ******** yesterday, she was at the dentist but still wanted to have the conversation so I made it short, not rude. She wanted to talk about another tenant vacating, and I simply stated I was not going to discuss another tenant with her.
There is no site manager, but ******** has contacted me several times and each call has been returned. All calls we get from tenants are addressed.

I am rejecting this response because:
***** did state that she is wanting everywhere my daughter is applying. And she was rude. I don't see how I have to sit here and report when nobody else is reporting about their income. I just received the paper that she told me she sent oit over a month ago. Also she has a whole other tenant who's name is on my apartment, when they moved out. The manager who was working here has failed to turn in my info. Also another tenant was working and quit her Job but gets free rent and don't have to pay utilities. ***** stated she want her daughter to call her to report where all she is applying. She has no need to know why my daughter quit. But I did report it to her and she will not lower my rent knowing she don't have a job. She stated she called people back when they call and that is false. She only calls people back if it is important enough for a call back. Why am I signing papers over again. When the old manager screwed me over and I signed the paperwork with her. But here I am AGAIN having to sign paperwork that they should already have. It is low income apartments, who have drug addicts living out here , and constant drug deals in the parking lot when there are kids who live in the apartments out here. This is outrageous! I will be calling someone higher up since I'm getting the run around.Business Response
