    On January 18th 2025 I purchased a vehicle from ***** and ***** from 24/7 Cars in ******, IN. We made the 2 hour trip down to look at a mini van. ***** told me the van was in great condition. We get there and test drive the van. Decided to move forward with the van. Within **************************************** owning the van the first faulty light comes on for the auto turn on/off when you stop and stop lights. Then by the time we got home the check engine light came on. We got the codes read and it came back with major engine issues. I called a local shop in town to make an appointment. The soonest I could get in was 2/18/25. They looked at it and said it was major issues and we needed to take it to a ******** dealership. I called the ******** dealership in ********* **. Soonest I could get with them was 3/5. On 3/6 they call me and tell me the major issues and that the warranty this dealership sold me none of this would be covered and it was going to be $3500+ if that even would fix it. Told them no and we took it back to dealership. They have had my van ever since. I call them almost every day. They took it to a belle tire to there guy and they said he would fix it. Apparently now that has changed. Now they said its going to a ******** dealership. Anyways. Reading reviews from others many others have bought cars and major issues happen shortly after purchasing. Ive been without a car for 76 days now. They knew this car was junk when they sold it to me.

    This vehicle was taken to a service department in ******** where they attemted to fix it or put a bandaide on it when they tried to ***** the warranty company for parts and labor. had custromers bring it here and the problems that dealer said needed fixed were already done. they zip tied parts back together,  the same parts that they said needed replaced were already replaced and they actualyy caused more damage according to both shops here in town that have looked at it. it did not leave the lot like that and it is at the ******** dealership now getting fixed. customer is more than welcome to come in or give us a call to discuss any other issues

     I am rejecting this response because:
    The first issue we had was brakes in the first day of getting the truck, that got fixed promptly. Then not even 3 days later it broke down in town on my husband, first shop told us it was an engine issue that Belle Tire wouldn't touch due to it being high risk. Second shop was told it was catalytic converter being clogged, they said they fixed that. Then it still would not run or turn over, it went to another shop; we were told possible wiring harness, then engine, and then lastly transmission. We had to call 24/7 for any updates, which they would say hey call us back or call the shop it's at and find out. Which isn't something we should have had to do. We got told they were too busy to talk on phone several times, never got calls back when they said. We also got paperwork on 2 of the shops it went to which I already provided. If the truck wiring harness was supposedly chewed in our possession, then why is it that my **** edge, my dodge avenger, and a **** focus didn't have any damage from this supposed animal chewing up the Titan?? Because it isn't true, an animal didn't do this while we had it 2 or 3 days, it was already chewed into before we got possession of said truck, and then it stranded my husband in town and he had to tow it to 24/7 which took them over two weeks for anyone to even try to assess why it broke down and what needed fixed. We have not physically had this vehicle since December 18th 2024. I am including texts I received from24/7, which last one I got was them telling me they would try to get the repair bill lowered, never a call or text since. I work 60 hours a week and have to make time to contact them due to this truck. I will not have my credit tarnished because of their inability to keep a customer happy and do the right thing. I will not let any business take advantage of me because I am a woman, or any other reason or let them do this to someone else.

    red was 1500. I was denied over the phone. I contacted 24/7 by text and let them know. They texted me Friday March 7th and said they would try to get the repair cost lowered. Nothing since then. they have had this truck for almost 3 full months, we have to make our first loan payment March 16th. They have not been in contact with me, they are ruining my credit and jerking me around. They sold me a lemon and don't want to take responsibility for it. I want them to either get it fixed and make it right with us or let me out of the loan period. I am seeking a lawyer and have talked to the bank we got the loan from. I have 2 shops receipts of what they checked and said needed fixed.

    We have had the vehicle to multiple shops. They were also offered a warranty for the vehicle which they did decline. something got in the wiring harnes of the vehicle and chewed it up fter they purchased this vehicle. we did sent a text message to thema nad have talked to them several times and they have also been here several times. they have not responded in over 2 weeks from our last message when we said we were wiling to try and work out the repair with them. we offer everyone a warranty, and we stand behind our vehicles, but we can not be resposible for something getting into a vehicle and chewing up wires when it is not our vehicle anymore. we are also still willing to help out and it is still at a shop awaitig them to respond to us. they have my personal cell number as well and have not reached back out to us at all since our last request.

    again, we offerd to help with the repair. we have spoken to them more than once, gave them a vehicle to drive. and they declined to purchase any type of warranty. we have text her and she has not reponded. even after they filed a complaint we reached out to them. we have offered to help with some of the repair. it is still at the shop awaiting an answer. we have no problem standing behind our vehicles, and if they would respond instead of just ignoring us we would be happy to help with some of the repairs. again we offered them a warranty. The ****** Dealer said the wiring was chewed on or tampered with. it will not go from running to just **** starting for no reason. we are here from 9-6 Monday through Friday if they want to come in we will gladly sit down with them

     I am rejecting this response because:
    I have not gotten a text or a call or voicemail with anything regarding 24/7. I have no record since the last text of them trying to get ahold of me. I will not stand by and made to look like I'm at fault for faulty wiring. It was not at ****** dealership first and we was told the wiring had been like that before we took it over by the shop it was at. I have gotten nothing in the mail either. I will pull my phone records from ******* if I have to. Just because we denied the extended warranty from you on the nite of purchase doesn't mean you shouldn't cover what we didn't destroy within the first 30 days, and it all happened in the first 5 days of having the said vehicle. Stop trying to say we purposely did this to the ****** truck when we didn't. There is no proof an animal chewed it up and that the wiring was the full issue when all shops the ****** titan went to all had a different diagnosis to the problem. We never got a straight answer to any questions we asked. Yes we had a loaner, one had no heat in winter, one was front wheel drive on ice, one didn't start next day of getting it. We appreciated the loaners but didn't do us any good. Thank you.
