      This company is in constant contact with me harassing me requesting payment on a debt that was the direct result of identity theft. I already filed a FTC report and sent it in to Firstenergy and the first debt collector. Now I have another debt collector four months later which is HELVEY and associates harassing me on behalf of FirstEnergy when the **** clearly states once a identity theft is claimed the predator may not sell, transfer, or have someone collect on a that alleged debt. I have not opened nor did I authorize this account to b open. This company is threatening to please a derogatory account on my credit report that I did not authorize door open which is a violation.

      This company just sent me a bill from a company that I am still dealing with and they said they had no indication of a bill that I owe them. These people are a complete scam.
