      Aug 2021 I hired Servpro to mitigate a flood from a faulty water softener, facilitate the restoration from water damage of a 540 sq ft trailer. The project took months to **mplete, they ran a dehumidifier and drying fans for well over a month **nstantly during the week and off on weekends when I came there. I had no use of my kitchen the entire time, they broke my ac twice because the system could keep up with the heat the dehumidifier was producing. I told them after the first time it broke not to run it while the fans are running but they did anyway and broke the unit again. They removed all the flooring and ac heat vents and left them out causing a mice issue. Prior to this I had never seen any signs of mice. They broke my toilet paper holder, a mirror, damaged my dresser. They gave me money to replace them but I cant get the same dresser to match the rest. The work was finally completed in Oct of 2021 just as I was closing up my unit for the winter. Upon returning this season. I couldnt figure out why my antenna was not working. Found out they didnt reconnect it and covered up the hole in the floor that the cable came up through. Hired a guy who happen to be in the park one weekend visiting someone to fix this. He owns **************** He informed me that when he went under the trailer he found that the work was not done properly. Floor joists under there were rotten from the damage last summer because it was not fixed or replaced. He could see some new sub flooring that is now rotting due to being directly on rotten wood. I notified my insurance co. and they reopened the claim. I contacted Servpro about a month ago and have since gotten the run around of too busy, short staffed. **** the owner finally went out and took two pics and said there is no additional damage. The indoor guy went back, took pics of damage and sent to them. He has not heard back yet. As of today still no **ntact from them with a resolution. They milked the job and cut corners.
