    Ordered a custom bumper for a ****** frontier which cost $1700 in August 2022. Business does not respond to emails and has no phone number listed. Yet still has a website and still excepts all forms of payment.

    Placed an order back on 2/4/23 with P&P Engineering for Custom skid plates. At time of order shipping times showed 12 weeks. On invoice when I paid by credit card, showed delivery times at 18 weeks but special order as long as 30. Mine was not special, just standard skid plates they show in online catalog. It's been 21 weeks, I haven't recieved order, they do not respond to any email I send. I'm about to contact credit card company and report it as a fraudulent charge, took my money and produced nothing

    P&P Engineering is a fabricator that makes metal products for offroad vehicles (think skid plates, roof racks, front/rear ************.). There's a disclaimer on their website that states orders can take at least 24 weeks and sometimes longer to fabricate/ship. I placed my order on July 24th 2022 and have been in frequent correspondence with the merchant to get a status update on my order. At around the 6 month *************** limit for filing disputes) I expressed my concern that I still had not received my product (I paid almost *******) and was reassured that despite the delay, my order would be shipped. My last correspondence with the Merchant was beginning of May and he has stopped responding or providing any updates on my order. I have an email chain between myself and the company where he repeatedly apologizes for the delay, continually kicks the can down the road and then has stopped responding altogether.

    My original transaction with the business was on 04/22/22 in the amount of $972.50. I expected to wait a few months as it was a custom order. However, as the 12 month **** came and went, I contacted the business numerous times to cancel the order and receive a refund with no correspondence from them. They have since ignored all communication from me to be held accountable for their due diligence. They have not responded to my emails since 04/17/23. The order has currently not been sent, or updated since.
