    Watched this company do blacktop sealant and parking lot striping at a large factory I work for.They didn't:- tar seal half the cracks that needed it,- clean up their asphalt grindings and just blacktopped around the pile -stripe about 40 spaces, took 3 visits over the course of 5 weeks to finish the striping they did do -properly measure about 6 angled spaces and just eyeballed it, *************** that couldn't fit even a small Jeep Renegade - finish this job when they were low on paint and realized they could either finish this job or start a new one with a different customer elsewhere. They opted to start the next job.- get right to work when arriving on site at any time, s******* around on their phones for 2-3 hours before finally getting to work.

    This does ** no good.  We are unable to identify the project or the customer out of the hundreds performed this year.

                   **** did not respond to us, nor did he respond to our direct email to him asking for him please to identify the customer in his review of us?   We are unable to identify the job from his description and so we are unable to provide any redress.

                 When we receive complaints, we always endeavor to make things right with our customers, and then to make necessary changes to our production practices when that applies. 


                We admit that with the industry staffing problems we currently face it is difficult for us to meet the goals we have always set throughout our 40-plus years in business.  We do want to always do the best we can for our customers.
