      Talked to mike ******** again today…again, my 16th and 17th time I’ve talked to someone trying to get Williams brothers to fill my script. 3 weeks in..my filters are filthy, he won’t help. Haven’t found anyone at Williams brothers that cares about their customer. They did send me a bill this past Monday, which I immediately paid, even though I have autopay set up.

      Starting off with CPAP supply services about two years ago their service was spotty and their calling was either so much it was annoying or non existent. Starting last Fall I kept getting emails and calls that my payment card had expired and they couldn't fill my order, even though I had updated with them on the phone with a real person, 3 times. The last straw was my resupply order, which was a 3 month supply of just about everything and I needed them as I was totally out of some items. They showed shipping my order and when I tracked it on USPS it went all over the place. To St, Louis, Indianapolis, to Ohio, back to Indianapolis where it sat for several weeks. This wasn't Williams Brothers fault but their response was. I called continually and they kept telling me to call the Post Office. On my last call the CSR told me to go to the Post Office. I told her that I understood that, but that I needed my supplies and it was pretty clear I wasn't getting them anytime soon. I only live 25 miles from their home office so I suggested that I drive there to pick some up. The CSR then sheepishly told me they don't ship from there that the supplies come from a 3rd party warehouse in Ohio. I then asked if I could pick some up at a store and she said none of them carry supplies. There was no offer to ship a new order and have me either refuse or return the order if it ever came. When I suggested that she acted as if that was a crazy request. I wound up ordering from **** in ***** (which I hate doing) and got them in 3 day. The original order arrived a week later.

      Was told they would fill.my medications and two days later they tell me, while it's in process they can't cause its a controlled substance after they got me to transfer all my meds to them! The female pharmacist Erin was rude and would not make it right and tried to blame me cause of medication I get prescribed!! Do not use this pharmacy.
