    I apologize for the misunderstanding but you were refunded your money and also I explained to you and your husband that I had to order the glass for your window. Which is why it was taking so long. But as soon as you guys said you wanted your money back i sent it no problem. I did not ghost you or take your money. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. But me and my company are not theives. Have a nice day!

    This is not the whole story. You never showed up for your appointment to replace window although after we chased you down you admitted you didn't even have the glass yet. Very poor communication and much difficulty reaching you for an explanation. The only way you answered your phone was when we called you from a different number. We show numerous unanswered calls on the original number. It is appreciated that you returned our money but we will never do business with you again.
