    I am astonished with the restoration of my parents Sterling Silver candlesticks. They were coming apart, bent, and severely tarnished and they are now perfect. The entire experience was wonderful! From start to finish, I was contacted at each step, with a courteous phone call and follow-up email. I recommend them highly!! I will use them again for any need that I might have with silver repair.

    I had previously looked high and low for someone to repair a silver tray that was an anniversary gift from my husband a couple of years ago. Finally found Robben and they completely refurbished the tray beautifully. I couldnt have asked for a better result. They did have to re-plate the tray, so it was a costly repair. But they did an amazing job, and were very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

    i had a silver tomato lifter restored and they did a beautiful job. they are extremely nice and respond to emails promptly. the wait time can be a little long, but they tell you that up front. they also are very courteous when you inquire as to where in the process your piece is. i would recommend them without hesitation.

    It is unfortunate Sir, that you have chosen to leave such feed back when you chose not to include the details. You called me to add patina to a group of flatware that another company had failed to service to your satisfaction. After we completed our restoration and returned your silver flatware to you, you emailed claiming we had not restored your silver at all. Having been the restoration specialist on your order I asked for pictures. You sent me two pictures out of a large group. The two pictures showed a small area where the patina was missing as was the detail of the metal itself, making the surface smooth and not able for patina to adhere. I explained this to you and asked if you had any other pieces you could send pictures of. You never sent any other pictures. You also mentioned the color didn't seem bright enough. I told you we were happy to repolish all of them to pull up a brighter luster. We never received any flatware, just this feedback. Sir we do excellent work. If you haven't yet, I would encourage you to read our feedback, it tells the story of the quality of our work and content of our companies character. Lastly Sir I will close by saying that if you would like us to do additional restoration to your silver flatware, please send them back. I assure you that I will give my full attention to your order to see that it is completed to the best of our ability to meet your satisfaction.

    Robben metal restoration straightened one leg and re soldered another on a bronze statue that got damaged over time. The restoration was perfect and basically undetectable. also they created a bronze sword blade which was a perfect matched for the figurine. I sent a paper sketch for the placement of the legs on the horse to fit properly to the base. It slid in like a glove. Would highly recommend them for any metal work needs. *********************************
